Every Sinlan TV products comes with a Two (2) Year Replacement Limited Warranty for both residential and commercial use. Used or demo units will have unique warranties which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all damage will be covered under warranty. If the TV is dropped, improperly installed, connected to faulty wiring, used without a surge protector, used without a GFI outlet, submerged in water, abused or vandalized, altered in any way by the customer, or any other instance where the TV is neglected or exposed to improper use, the warranty claim may be denied.
The warranty promises the internal components and the external enclosure and components of the TV will be free from manufacturer defects for the duration of the warranty period.
To extend the life of your TV, please do the following:
1. Place an outdoor TV cover over the TV when it's not in use.
2. Unplug the TV during intense electrical storms.
3. Ensure the TV is mounted securely using an outdoor rated mount or stand.
4. Have the TV in a shaded area (i.e. under a patio roof, umbrella, eave,
pergola, etc.) for optimal performance, visibility and longevity.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If a customer begins to have problems with their TV, they must contact their reseller or Sinlan TV's support team. All efforts will be made to fix any TV that experiences problems, and if/ when repairing the TV is unsuccessful, a replacement will be provided.
If an identical model is no longer available or is discontinued, a comparable unit will be used. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping of any damaged TV in need of warranty repair, including shipping insurance.
When a replacement TV is deemed necessary, the damaged TV (including any included cables and remotes) must be received by All Season Outdoor TVs before a replacement is sent.
Any warranty claim that arises within 30 days from when the product is received by the customer will have the return shipping cost refunded to them as long as it's determined that the TV is covered by the warranty.
It may be necessary for the customer to send photos and/or video of the TV, its installed location, and any other helpful imagery when troubleshooting the problem, please contact customerservice@sinlan-display.com, if you have any warranty claims
(1) When returning an item, please note the following:
1. Only items purchased directly from this webiste and authorized resellers can be returned, such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Shopee, etc.
2. We will not accept any return requests for products purchased from unauthorized third-party suppliers.
3. Customer must contact the Sinlan TV team with your order or serial number ID or purchase proof and the detail of the product issue at customerservice@sinlan-display to request return/refund/repair/replace before returning products.
4. Sinlan are responsible for all return shipping costs for quality problem.
5. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repackaged in the original condition with all the documentation and accessories that came with it.
6. If the returned product is not in original packaging: artificial damage causes to affect the second sale, such as its appearance being damaged, the lack of accessories, etc., we will deduct the corresponding expenses according to the situation.
7. We will handle your request (sending you a replacement or refund)once getting your returning item.
PS: If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time, and the order is canceled within the time specified by the website, the order can be canceled.
(2) How to return a product for a refund? (30 days no reason /money-back guarantee)
30-Day "no questions asked” policy for equipment returned undamaged and in original shipping cartons. Customers must contact the Sinlan team at customerservice@sinlan-display.com to submit an after-sales application, we will provide you with the shipping label, and return address in the mail.
Please include your original order/serial number or order proof in the email and ensure that the item is returned within 30 days.
No refunds will be issued until the item is received in its original packaging (with its documentation and accessories). Sinlan is responsible for all return shipping costs for quality problems. If the returned unit is installed and used, Sinlan shall have the right to charge restocking fees of 20% of the product value, and the return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Products returned after 30 days of purchase due to manufacturer defects are subject to evaluation and repair under two-years Limited warranty. If in the event a television fails under the terms noted in the Return Policy, Sinlan will deliver a replacement television if an onsite repair is not recommended or possible at the sole discretion of Sinlan. The customer must contact the Sinlan team at customerservice@sinlan-display.com to require a new replacement, Sinlan will provide you with the return shipping label in the mail, and the customer is obligated to return the original television within thirty (30) days and Sinlan will send you a new replacement via UPS or FedEx or other express delivery or other kinds of shipments once we get your original television.
